Deletion of Personal Data

You maintain the right to delete all your data in our applications and services that includes in-app purchase, in-app ad views, etc. Please keep in mind that the account and data will not be restorable after you decided to delete them. However, it will be possible for you to start over the applications from the beginning.

 

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. Please keep in mind that opting out does not mean that you will stop seeing all ads in our applications and services. You may opt-in at any time by contacting our support team.

 

To delete all your data, please send us an email at contact@thecove.kr and its title should be “I’d like to delete progress or personal data.” When you request such deletion via an email, please provide your name and email along with UID that can be found in-game Settings.

 

To locate UID, open the in-game Settings and you’ll see it on the stop of the screen.
